Welcome to Luke Scanlan Artistry. As you scroll through my portfolio photos, you will see the variety of skills I utilize. I specialize in hand painted lettering, pinstriping, and signs. I also do gold leafing. Surface, and glass techniques. Airbrushing, carving, sandblasted signs, portraits, paintings, etc. I enjoy doing them all, and continuously improve my skills in each.

I have been in the Lettering, Pinstriping fields since roughly 1979. I entered the Industry at the time computer aided vinyl lettering was coming into play. I am grateful for this, as I learned the Traditional methods of hand drawing, and laying out signs, and hand painted lettering. Being exposed to the computer age of design, and execution. Because of this. I am able to combine old, with new. To achieve the best possible end results. In other words; work smarter, not harder. I like and appreciate old and new techniques. In the end, this works out best for my clients. I can also do the computer cut vinyl. When that is applicable.
